"The staff after the afternoon check in clerk were"
I was terribly disappointed with the hotel at first sight of room. Toilet and tub in one part and sink outside door. It was shabby looking and the wifi was down. I need wifi to enjoy my travelling, took over two hours to get it. The pool was great and clean but hot tub was ice cold. Hot by morning though. The first clerk was crummy she did not answer […] any questions really and was not that nice. But after that the staff were awesome. Breakfast in morn was good, but coffee had to be made and stuff replenished, and we had to keep going to ask all the time, which I hate. I hate bothering the staff I just want everything all ready! "Management Confusion"
