    Great hotel. 2 Comments centred around customer service: 1. We stayed there 3 weeks prior, yet they had to ask for my address again! 2. There was a nasty... note on the front counter about $200 for towels soiled by makeup - I stated that was a little outrageous - really, they need to remember that without the dance festivals they wouldn't be full - and a nicer message like "Please use makeup removers provided to avoid staining the towels - Thank you" would have been much better. by a Hotels.com guest on 04/23/13

    I would just like to say that the hotel is great for the price because you get a free breakfast and get to swim in their clean pool. Plus, the hotel tub was excellent after a long day out. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area or close to Edmonton.

    This is a great place to stay just north of edmonton. The rooms are lovely very nice beds and pillows. Juccuzzi for the wife which she enjoyed every night. Breakfast was included and had everything you could want. Pool was a good size with a slide great if you bring kids. All in all would stay again. Thanks Comfort in for a lovely stay.
