Lovely island-style oasis was an unexpected surprise. This is not your average boring chain hotel or stuffy B&B. The setting was idyllic and unusual,... the owners friendly and knowledgeable, the food fresh and home-cooked. Club Arias felt very home-like, and the other guests at breakfast were equally casual. Two nice swimming pools meant you could float the day away without seeing a soul. Kite-surfing, snorkeling, tours, etc. easy to book. Bring your bugspray to fight car-sized mosquitoes. No bar on premises (BYOB), but plenty of lemonade and juice 24-7. Restaurants and a coffee shop were walkable. Gabriel's pizza on-premises was superb. Island bus stop across the street. Worth every penny if you want to live and explore more like a local for a few days! Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 5, 2012
