"NOT VERY COZY"
I suffered with the first room off of the lobby. At 5:20 am the maids began readying their carts and banging linen carts in the room next to me. I heard every person entering and leaving the lobby. All in the echo chamber of the 10' high ceiling. I was told there was no other room available to change into. Staff not as warm and friendly as the Hampton […] on the West End. The lobby is stark and cold, no cozy furniture or area to relax. The breakfast was weak than most Hampton's breakfast. The building is new so no complaints about the condition. "Nice, but not as nice as I expected from a Hiton"
I have begun to stay the the Best Western Plus, across the street. IT was sold out, and the Hampton had rooms.Room at the Best Western was much nicer, bed was way more comfortable. "Very nice option"
I've stayed here several times and will continue to use this hotel when I need to visit companies in the south of Edmonton. This hotel is clean and new with a decent breakfast that's included and excellent pool and gym facilities.
