This hotel is going thought a remodel. The common areas and exterior are the first to be updated. They are making huge improvements on the property. Staff was very helpful and nice, the room was clean but was in need of an update. When the remodel is done this will be a very nice location. Hotel staff were prompt and courteous, our room was clean and very well-maintained, Our only issue was the pool area- the pool temperature was FREEZING, and the pool and deck area was filthy. We had the standard with 2 queen beds, the room was big, the bathroom was small but functional, it had a fridge but no microwave and the bed and pillows were super comfy! Our stay here was fairly enjoyable. The hotel was under construction but no one was working on it while we were there so it wasn't noisy, but we did have to park further away from the front of the hotel, which I didn't like because I couldn't park where I could see my car from my room. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have enjoyed it. This will be the LAST time that we stay here. When we arrived, my husband had no trouble checking in, and when we got to the room, it was up to the standards of the hotel. My husband loves taking a swim and then getting into a hot tub for a relaxing soak. Well, he found out the hard way that […] there was no hot tub, and that the "heated pool" was like diving into a ice bath.
