9:30 at nite, 4th floor, hear a nasty noise from outside, open the curtains and there is a guy in a hoist lookin in the window, call front desk to ask wtf am told not to worry they are working on the sign outside and they will be done in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later with impact guns and diesel generator, and the guy yelling down 4 floors to his buddy.
