Decent hotel. Clean but very average. Best part was being close to West Edmonton Mall (5 minute drive). Did not use pool, etc. Buffet was small but service was good. Hotel staff were nice. Do you ever wonder why behind the bathroom door , baseboards and the light switches are always filthy. Was so grossed out had to use a tissue everytime a light needed to be turned on or off. The hotel looked pretty nice upon entry but the rooms themselves need some serious maintenance. The place felt a little dirty - probably from the wear marks on the walls and carpet. First off they said we didn't have a reservation then when the person actually checked the right day they found it. The room was really small. Food at restaurant was not good at all. Room service was quick though. Asked for new towels at 6pm last night...never got them by check out of 11 am next morning. Bed was very soft. Room was too cold with heat […] turned all the way up still had to wear sweater. It's ok if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Wireless internet had a very weak signal couldn't even be online for more than 2 minutes before it lost the signal. Not the best for customer service.
