The room was great, however, as we were a late check in - they put us on the 2nd floor. Thank goodness they have an elevator. The shuttle driver at night was not very nice - as he was swearing in his native tongue (and it was not English or French) regarding my heavy suitcase. I was very please with the service and room. Pillow top queen bed. Bathroom a little tight but all the necessary requirements. The first 2 floors were not renovated so I took the 3 floor. "4:00am airport take off"
We arrived late and left very early. There was no issue with the wake up call or the airport shuttle. The hotel is very convenient if you are flying out of the Edmonton Airport. "Great end to a fabulous holiday"
We had had a long day getting ready for a wedding, having the wedding and getting ready to fly home the next day. At midnight we had a very tired 18 month old baby and Kathy went into the kitchen to get us yogurt and anything else we may have needed to settle him. "Shelter from the rain"
We arrived at about 8:45pm. We were greeted. We were given water and fruit. Later we requested and received decaffinated coffee. We requested a wakeup call at 4:00am, which we received.
