whilst the location is satisfactory, I thought the price charged for an overnight stay to be sort of 'locked-up' in a tiny cell was relatively exorbitant. For the sort of price I had to fork out, I would have thought that I wouldn't have been subjected to feeling claustrophobic in a room which felt like oxygen supply is severely lacking. "Our stay at the Heritage"
The staff could have been more welcoming, they could have offered services, such as Singapaore highlights, etc. Bags could have been carried instead of handing you the key and pointing to the elevator with no instruction.
