My kids had a grand time. They liked our family deluxe room which had a loft bed and a king sized bed. There was also a sofa bed which could accommodate two kids. Although the bathroom and room was modest in size, they enjoyed our stay because of Universal Studio which was 5 -7 minutes away by foot. There was also restaurants in abundance as well as […] a 7-11 and Watsons, a bake shop ( Breadtalk) and Ruyi which had good noodles. Room was not spotless clean but passable. They advertise as a family hotel and have designed rooms with bunk bed to attract families. However, the rooms are poorly designed and cramped, and the hotel itself does very little to cater to kids. Good for families and couples. Lots to do and see. Very handy to Universal Studio and Aquarium. Food and transport,, no problems.

Charge-in time is supposed to be 3pm. However, they allow us to check-in at 12pm. Good service and nice in-room meals.
