The hotel is in great condition. The rooms are very spacious and have all the amenities you can imagine. Excellent view. The resort is huge so you might... want to leave one entire day to enjoy the pool and the shops. Worth the money just for the pool and the skybar at night. Overview

Location.
This waterfront gaming resort anchors Marina Bay. Singapore’s Central Business District is right across the water. Golf courses and shopping centres are also nearby. Changi International Airport is about a 10-minute ride.

Hotel Features.
This modern structure, which opened in 2010, offers round-the-clock entertainment all under one roof. Even the roof itself is a recreational activity - Elevated 656 feet (200 meters) above the sea, the Sands SkyPark spans the tops of the three hotel towers and extends 213 feet (65 meters) beyond. The SkyPark features an observation deck, tropical gardens, restaurants, and a large one-of-a-kind infinity-edge pool with amazing views. Open 24 hours a day, Marina Bay Sands’ three-level casino provides more than 161,000 square feet (15,000 square meters) of gaming action. Resort dining options range from noodle bars and food kiosks to world-class destinations created by celebrity chefs such as Mario Batali, Guy Savoy, and Wolfgang Puck. The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands offers a wide array of designer boutiques, jewelers, gift shops, and electronics stores, as well as restaurants, a food court, and canal rides on traditional- style sampan boats. The full-service Banyan Tree Spa, located on the 55th floor, provides hydrotherapy and couples treatment rooms.

Although pricy, you'll agree that it's well worth the money once you enter the roof level with the infinity pool overlooking Singapore. The views are just stunning! The rooms are of a high standard too offering great views as well.

This was my first time to Singapore and I wanted to stay at the iconic hotel. Arriving at airport, it was very difficult to locate the exact place that the Marina Bay Sands shuttle would pick me up. There was no sign that stated "Marina Bay Sands Shuttle". The shuttle arrived about 10 min later. The bus is clearly marked, but not the pickup site. New large hotel, expect a large crowd everywhere. Check in line was long waited maybe 20min. Room was impressive very spacious, king bed with couch and chair plus desk and balcony. View to the city very nice! Skypark is amazing , pool is defiantly the best part of this hotel.

The hotel shuttle service was shambolic to and from the airport, wait times of an hour seem acceptable to them. Breakfast is massively overcrowded (but v good food, in fairness). After looking at the pictures we decided to take a chance even though the reviews were not good. We definitely should have listen to the reviews - bad check-in experience, no customer service, no help with luggage, lies told about their own service when asked, not knowledgeable, cheap standard on rooms, bad working TV, bad unfinished rooms, corridors, […] restrooms etc. Not all facilities are up and running and building work still ongoing. 友人２人とデラックスルームに宿泊しましたが、十分な広さの部屋と美しい夜景の見えるロケーションで、とてもよかったです。　フロントでチェックイン時にデポジットの手続きをしたにも関わらず「デポジットがない」と言われるハプニングもありましたが、すぐに日本語が話せるスタッフと代わってくれたので事なきを得ました。また、部屋の説明をしてくれるスタッフに日本語が話せる人を用意してくれたので、本当に助かりました。　建物が広すぎて移動するだけでも大変ですが、宿泊者しか利用できない天空のプールは体験する価値があると思います。

Nice room with the sea view really love it we can sleep and watch the view from the big window beside our bed. The swimming pool is great we see all the Singapore but it use about 30 min to check-in it too long.

Sjukt bra hotell, mycket stort och mycket fint. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Rummet vi bodde i var väldigt fint och vi hade utsikt över staden. Poolen högst upp på taket var helt underbar. Man måste helt enkelt besöka detta hotell om man är i Singapore. Ett MÅSTE!

訂房時&Check-in時都有確認是兩張雙人床，但實際到房間卻變成兩張單人床；訂房與Check-in時也確認是3人入住，但到房間時，裡面東西都只有2人份，還需要我們自己通知才來加床加毛巾。感覺之前的確認有種被敷衍的感覺。

提示したクレジットカードが戻って来ないハプニングがありましたが、日本人受付の対応でなんとか戻ってきました。冷や汗でした。アメニティはそこそこ充実してますが、身体を洗うスポンジがあれば尚よし。部屋のグレードによるのかもしれませんが。プールは最高！夕方でも言うほど寒くなかったです。次は部屋のグレードを上げて、新婚旅行などロマンチックに利用したいです。

プールについては何も言うことがなく、朝から晩まで景色を楽しむことができた。バスタオルも備えられているし、水もウオーターポットからコップにくんで飲める。大人用と子供用のプールがあり、大人用は浮き輪は禁止。アームバンドは可能だった。深さは１３０ｃｍはあったと思うので、小学生低学年までは深いと思う。大人用プールはエリア分けされている、大人専用というのもあった。子供用は逆に乳児用といえるほど浅いので、乳幼児の水遊びには最適。ただ、屋根がないので雨が降ると使用中止となった。ジャグジーが３、４か所あるので温まることは可能。
