We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable! At first we thought the position of the hotel wasn't great being nearer... to the docks, but actually it was fine. Only a few minutes walk to the MRT means you can get everywhere you want very easily. Also some nice cafes on the way if you like to breakfast enroute. The bar has happy hour every day and the Lycheetini's are delicious! The staff are very helpful, never looked irritated, always smiling and eager to help no matter what time of day or night. The only negative is they don't have free wifi, so be prepared to pay. However Singapore is a fabulous city, and the new Gardens by the Bay should be seen as they are amazing. The M Hotel Singapore is located in the central business district near many government buildings and financial institutions. The hotel is located 25 kilometers from Changi International Airport.

Hotel Features.
Describing itself as a "New Generation" business hotel, the M is tasteful, but not lavish. The hotel has an ultra-contemporary style that is most commonly associated with smaller boutique hotels. The M Hotel's professed objective is to offer their business travel guests everything that they need, while omitting everything that they don't need. On-site dining includes a restaurant, a buffet, and a specialty tea café and a bar. For recreation, the M Hotel offers guests an outdoor swimming pool and a gymnasium. A complimentary area shuttle is available for guests' use.

My stay in that hotel was OK. The receptionist was not friendly enough and was lacking information. We booked for a double bed, and only offered is only 2 single beds and no alternative options were given to me.

we arrived real early the lady at the front desk told me that she will try her best. My daughter who was 8 was so exhausted coz we came all the way from amsterdam and arrived at 5.45. I take my family on hotel stays every now and then and when Hotel.com prompted me with the promotion from M Hotel, I thought I'd give it a try. Getting there and the parking facilities were not a problem at all. Checking-in took a while but was manageable. The room was small and crampy, and I made a mental note that it isn't suitable for a family of […] 4. The bedlinens had slits and torn areas which my son noticed. There were only 3 pillows provided for the 2 double beds, and when we asked for more, the Housekeeping department replied that they had insufficient pillows and could not provide extras. The tv channels provided reasonable choices for all of us, which was good. But there were no toothbrushes nor bubble-bath soap available. When my hungry 10 year old wanted snacks, the surrounding neighbourhood had none to offer. To sum it all up, not ideal for family staycations but will be great for business travellers. Read more

Was at the M hotel for 6 nights with my wife and 3 year old child. THe hotel is in the heart of the business district and that comes with a price. The tax fare always had a premium when entering the area. Further the metro station is about 1 km away hence not a walk with a child. The hotel staff are not very pleasing and never had a smile on their face. […] They made us wait for almost 2 hours although we had requested for an early check in. The breafeast buffet is the same everyday and very displeasing for vegetarians. I guess when on a holiday there are better options to stay in the neighbouring marina bay area or near clarke quay. It is exceptionally good value especially if you book into the club rooms because this includes wireless Internet, club lounge (including free drinks and canapes bw 6 and 8) every night and breakfast. 위치를 생각하면 살짝 중심지에서 벗어난 느낌이여서 불편하다고 느낄 수 있겠지만 조용하고 한적한 곳을 좋아하는 저는 아주 마음에 들었습니다. 호텔도 깔끔하고 적당한 크기에 청결한 부분까지 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 주변에 마트가 없어서 아쉬운 부분은 있지만 그 외에는 모두 좋았습니다.

3/11から3/15　4泊しました。3/11は午前8:30ころチェックインし部屋を利用できました。朝、夕食(カナッペなど軽食)ともクラブラウンジで摂ることができました。クリーニングは1部屋1泊2点まで無料でしたので、利用させていただきました。シンガポールは一般に宿泊料金が高いので、料金に見合うサービスだったと思います。このプランがインターネットむ使い放題だったので震災後の日本の状況を知るのに好都合でした。フロントに日本語可能な人がいたが、なぜか対応は英語であった。
