"The Elizabeth Hotel Singapore"
The hotel looked very modern from the outside yet inside the interior design was older style . Our room was large however the Air Conditioner did not work properly and it was constantly cold - we did complain however it was never really fixed to satisfaction. Tour desk lady was helpful however we were not interested in the tours offered by the hotel […] so we asked where the "hop on hop off bus" was located and she was not interested in telling us , in fact she told us the incorrect information completely . Breakfast in the morning was nice however the supervising waiter was unfriendly , the price of the breakfast was far too much for the quality . The hotel is in a residential area of Singapore surrounded by condo buildings - very quiet area however quite a walk to Orchard Road . Check in staff were very friendly . "とても良くして頂けました。"
ホテルにはHotels.comさんから届いたメールの地図しか印刷しなかったため、分かりにくくて少し迷いましたが、なんとかつきました。雨がどしゃぶりになった後にチェックインしたのですが、タオルを持ってきて下さったり、変圧器を貸してくださって使い方まで教えてくださったので助かりました。 ロケーション的にちょっと駅から離れているのでわかりにくいかもですが、病院の近くと書いてあったのでなんとか辿り着きました。とても良くしてくださいました。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
