Ritz indeed lived up to its reputation for excellent services. I forgotten to bring my swimming goggles and I asked the staff at the poolside whether they have any extra goggles that they can loan. I wasn't expecting them to say yes as typically hotels would ask you to buy. However, the staff managed to get one for me which allowed me to enjoy my swim […] laps. One small disappointment, though. I'm a fussy sleeper with specific requirements for not too soft pillows. Sadly, the hotel was not able to locate alternative pillows that I preferred due to non availability. We stayed in a Club level room on the 27 th floor and had access to all Club facilities. We were met at the foyer of the hotel by a staff member and were taken directly to our room, completely bypassing the usual check-in formalities. マリーナビューの部屋に宿泊 チェックインしようとしたところ、まだ部屋の準備ができていないので、 他の部屋に一時通るか、1時間半ヒマを潰してもらうか、 どちらかに、と言われ、後者に。 その間ハイティービュッフェをしたのだが、 数人ウエイトレスがいるにもかかわらず、 一度として空いた皿を下げようとしない。 味は悪くはないが、値段58ドルプラス税サには見合わない。 それから部屋に通されたのだが、荷物が入っておらず、 催促したらやっと来た、という状況。 マリーナベイサンズが見えるビューは素晴らしかったです。 数千円の差は惜しまない方がいいでしょう。 いくらハード面が良くても、ソフト面に問題があると台無し、 ということで評価を下げさせてもらいました。Genuine Expedia guest review
