This is a very good hotel, close to a lot of restaurants at Clarke Quay, where you can find any type of food and attractions. Two things they can improve, they do not have a shuttle bus to and from the airport and they charge for the internet. In most of the hotels, at least in the lobby they have free WiFi access, but here no, they have some computers […] you can use to access the internet free of charge, but if you want to use any of your personal devices, you have to pay and it is not cheap. very modern design, super convenient, 7-11, starbucks and a shopping mall right underneath the hotel lobby. close by Clarke Quay which is a bar district, can't heard much noice at night. Everything is great about this hotel except one thing, it's located above several all night clubs. Even on the 19th floor we could hear the "boom, boom, ba-boom" until dawn. I don't know what they can do to rectify that. If you stay here, bring earplugs or ask for a room looking toward the river.

Novotel is centrally located in Clarke quay. The Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself quiet well done and the MRT station is nearby so it makes it easy to reach other places in Singapore. Our room had a majestic view of the Singapore bay and Marina Sands.

Overall i'm happy when me and my family stayed in novotel for 5 days . The only complain maybe when we entered one of the room ( we booked 3 rooms) the smell of smoke was very strong. But the hotel responded very well by offered the air refreshner or swap with other room.

Very close to everything, nice pool for kids (although no kids pool so better be able to swim). Nice service and breakfast. First stayed for one night but decided to continue for total of 5 nights. Executive room describing as a four people was at the end for 2, when we said it wasn't what we bought their first proposal was to put 2 mattresses on the floor but the bed left was a single one, in complement on that the sofa was smelling bad as somebody having had vomited on it....so after a long strong talk we got a junior suite but only for 2 nights […] as they were going to start the refurbishment of it in 2 days, so the room was. not set to receive 4 people and they had to put one matttess on the floor and the overall quality of the room was quite bad explaining the refurbishment....During this strong bargaining, the people were quite rude, when I have asked for compensation they said "do I have any choice?" and we could see that she was not so happy to offer free breakfast to all of us during our stay which is a very poor compensation! So in conclusion, bad service, hotel comfort is so so, breakfast is so so too, the only interest of this place is the location, all the rest is quite bad! One more thing for hotels.com, please don't sell this executive room for 4 people, none of them are, you have only two settings, 1 single + 1 king bed or two singles beds! Read more

Novotel is great for families - they allowed up to 2 single beds besides the king sized bed in our room, so it was very comfortable for my family of 4. Also, it has a games console area with X Box - a hit with my 2 boys!

Nice hotel, clean and good location with restuarants and bars nearby in Clarke Quay. The reception staff were a mixture of helpful or very unhelpful which tended to spoil the stay. Restuarant lacks imagination - it's buffet or buffet or buffet and you need to be there with ample time else the waiters take great pleasure in reminding you of the time […] they close. the location was in the clarke quay which is very convinient for foreigners who likes exciting spots (such as bar and club) . also, it is very close to central place. We have three children (12,10 and 1) and when we first came to the room there was only one big bed and no extra beds. In all other hotels we have received extra beds free of charge, but here the hotel wanted us to pay for the extra beds. The rooms are quite expensive so I think that extra beds could have been free.

インドネシアから家族4人、大人2名、子供2名（12歳、7歳）で宿泊しました。部屋は2Bedで子供と一緒に寝るにはベットは狭かったですが、それは承知で予約しましたので致し方ありません。部屋の広さは思ったより広く、スーツケース（大）、（小）を広げてもスペースがあり十分でした。SINへ来て思ったのがMRTの利便性が良いので、MRT直結のホテルの方が快適に過ごせます。ノボテルは直結ではないものの5分程度で到着するのであまり気にはなりませんが、雨期の場合は注意が必要です。ホテルには一階横にはコンビニ、モール内には明治屋がありちょっとした買い物から食事まで問題はなく過ごせます。全体的に良いと思います。

房間寬敞簡單乾淨,素雅.1樓有接待人員,但要到6/7樓辦理入住手續,有中/英文服務人員,語言溝通方便,服務態度也很親切,搭捷運較方便(步行約8分鐘),離牛車水1站,多美歌,小印度都近(可能是新歷年,從飯店等計程車花約1小時,後來到接近克拉碼頭處會有較多空車)我們2個大人3個小朋友住在12樓面對克拉碼頭河面 晚上燈光和河面波光相互輝映,景色十分炫麗優美.有機會會再入住.

Il Novotel ci ha messi un po' in apprensione, in quanto la "nostra" camera non era ancora disponibile. Ci hanno però "parcheggiati" in una camera di livello superiore. il giorno seguente abbiamo avuto la camera definitiva con una vista assolutamente fantastica […] su Marina Bay Sands e sulla Promenade. L'albergo avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccola ristrutturazione ma il personale è molto gentile. check-in時飯店主動升等頂樓房型，一開始冷氣不冷，通知後快速修復。飯店附近有工地施工，所以略有噪音。住宿樓層重新裝修中，所以走道間有油漆味，也沒有空調，不過並未影響房間內住宿品質。房間內設施齊全舒適，飯店人員相當親切。樓下有賣場、food court與7-11，十分便利。飯店位置絕佳，到克拉碼頭、MRT甚至china town都可以步行抵達。

For the tourists, the location is the best assest this hotel holds. You can start your travel from here to anywhere in Singarpore. However, the hotel appointed a room which was facing construction site, not good-looking.

チェックイン時は、ダブルブッキングで希望の部屋が確保されていないとのことで、ペントハウスに宿泊。これはラッキーでしたが、翌日新しいルームカードと交換して指定の部屋へ向うと、掃除されていない荒れ放題の部屋。この後１０分程度待たされて、また別の部屋を移動。この間荷物は自分達で運ばされました。他には何のトラブルもなかったのですが、出だしをくじかれた感じでした。ただ、ホテルスタッフの対応は、この時を除いては本当によかったという印象です。

Fuer unseren Familienzwischenaufenthalt nach einer laengeren Reise durch Australien war die Lage des Hotels super: sehr zentral, mit vielen Essensmoeglichkeiten, vielen Sehenswuerdigkeiten die zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind. Auch unser Zimmer was sehr gut und den Kinderen hat das Schwimmbad am besten gefallen.

インド駐在です。心身リフレッシュのためにシンガポールへ旅行しました。 すぐ隣（同じ建物内？）にあるモールに日本食スーパー明治屋・紀伊国屋書店・セブンイレブンなどが入っています。フードコートや隣接したレストランで、多国籍な食事ができます。 ３泊４日の内一日は雨ででかけられなかったのですが、子連れでモール内を散策し、それなりに楽しめました。 ブランド服やバッグなどの買いものには全く物足りないエリアだろうと思いますが、ゆったり過ごすのには良いです。 ホテルの朝食は高かった為、前の夜に明治屋で調達しました。それも楽しかったです。 スタッフの方達も親切でした。初日エアコンの音が大きかったのですが、清掃の方が気づいてメンテナンスの方に伝えてくれ、すぐにモーター交換になり、あとは静かでした。子供が金庫 […] をいじって開けられなくなってしまった時も迅速に対応してくれました。 またシンガポールに行くことがあれば、次も泊まりたいと思います。 Read more
