My stay at the hotel was fine after the initial shock that I had not been booked into the room I had requested. One with two double beds. When I made this reservation with Hotels.com I called to confirm that there would be 2 double beds in the room as I was travelling with my sister for a funeral I was assured that was the case only to find on my arrival […] that wasn't the case and they had no other rooms available. I couldn't cancel this reservation and go elsewhere because there was a fifty pound charge the hotel then did everything in their power to accommodate us. Read more

Bed very squeaky, every time you moved it woke you up. Apart from that everyhing else was fine - very big breakfast, well worth the extra paid for it.

A very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Overall it was quiet, although we could hear the gentleman in the next room snoring his head off. I guess he was comfortable too! :-). Breakfast was good value as we ordered it the night we arrived.
