"I enjoyed my stay"

"Quiet and comfortable"
We were very happy with this hotel. Continental breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Only one strange thing... I found the fitness center on Sunday morning at 6:00 am to be in disarray. It appeared that teenagers or children had a party the night before in the fitness center. The TV was on Nickelodeon, there were towels […] on the floor, as well as the foam headphone pads. Also, there were headphone cords wrapped around the stationary bike pedals! Maintenance should have noticed this before the fitness center opened at 6:00 am. I was still able to complete my workout, so this didn't really inconvenience me. It was our first time in the Dallas area and we were so pleased with our King Suite at this hotel. I can't believe everything we got for such a small rate. "Great stay - Nothing else to say."
Greg, Charlsee" and Shannon were friendly, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help me when I arrived after driving 7 hours to get from San Antonio to Dallas. I can't emphasize that enough. That is the service I expect at a larger more expensive hotel. My daughter goes to UTD and I will travel to see her 3 or 4 times a year. I will stay at this […] hotel from now on. My littlest child spent some time with me at the hotel and she absolutely loved your pool. I couldn't get her out. One of the other hosts was far less courteous and helpful. He will go unnamed. P.S. Awesome stay! We went on New Year Day and it was super quiet and sirene. The hotel is very clean and nice. It have a microwave and mini refrig which is perfect for our family because we have kids mill that needs to be kept cold. Love the indoor heated pool in the winter!
