"Misty Hills"
Parking is 1/2 mile from the room in a dirt field. Resort is in the middle of nowhere. Luckily the nights were cool since "air conditioning" consisted of a 10 inch fan with bad bearings. Excellent service. Personnel are very friendly and helpfull. The gardens are well maintained and is beautiful. Food is excellent and tasteful. Resturants well organised and clean. Room 203. I think your cupboard under the TV is unstable and old. TV connections not properly done and therefore bad TV picture(signal). Spider webs should be removed before […] quests move in. Pillows are to flat. Proposal: Keep certain amount of prefered drinks in fridge for quests. This can be done when they arrive. According to a list, quests can mark the consumed items and pay the following day. Thus no need for a lot of room service requests after hours. Keep a ice machine for self service at reception. What a pleasant surprise of a gem on the Big City fringe. I enjoyed the attention from staff, especially Doreen at Guests Relations who went out of her way regarding hospitableness. Absolutely loved the ambiance at the new coffee shop and lunch at The Carnivore and dinners at The Summerhouse Restaurant. I will return and certainly refer others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
