"Don't bother"
I've stayed in all of the other hotels in Emperor's Palace and they were quite nice, so I'm not sure what happened with this one. - no assistance with my bags checking in or out - no room service available - noisy (stayed with a street view room and they were painting the room next door) - atmosphere in room is sterile and almost felt like a hospital - […] poor lighting - not super clean (floors left my feet dirty and found black hairs in the shower that weren't mine.
