Of all the Hotels I have stayed, this was really one of the best for all around reasons. Shower water pressure was a little low for my liking which is why the only 4 of 5 scored. BUT, the complimentary wifi, breakfast, lounge computers and printer! Exercise room was impressive. This was enough to embarrass high end hotels. Ok the other perks...LOCATION, […] LOCATION, LOCATION. Your in Addison right off of Beltline's Restaurant Row, 7-11 across the street. Shopping all over. And the price is sooooo reasonable. Thank you Best Western for making my trip home affordable with better amenities than most high end hotels. When I come back home to Dallas I'll stay here again. Just see if you can get a little more pressure on that shower. Read more

I chose this hotel based on location and price. We needed a nice, safe place to sleep and not worry about our things while out and about. Free breakfast was a plus and had a good selection. I was hesitant to book a weekend at a hotel that cost so much less than the other Dallas hotels, but this one did not disappoint me. WELL KEPT HOTEL, THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT DID NOT KEEP THE FOOD RESTOCKED. WE STAYED FOR TWO DAYS DURING THE XMAS HOLIDAY. THE ONLY THING THAT HOUSEKEEPING DID ON OUR SECOND DAY WAS TAKE OUT THE TRASH AND MAKE THE BEDS.DID NOT REPLACE THE COFFEE, SOAPS OR LEAVE US CLEAN CUPS..THE BEDS WERE TOO FIRM FOR OUR FAMILY COMFORT.

This place is horrible! The rooms are all non-smoking, but yet ours had a very strong cigarette odor. You can't have smoking rooms for years, and then suddenly stop people from smoking in the rooms, and call it non-smoking. The nauseating odor was still there. The room was not very clean, and the toilet lid was broken - Apparently, propping it up to […] look good was enough for them. Service was virtually non-existant. We took our grandkids to the pool after dark, and none of the exterior/pool lights were turned on. After reporting this to the front desk twice, the girl came out, turned a couple of switches, and calmly notified us that the lights were on a timer, and she would have to get with the manager. Needless to say we had to swim in the dark. Another young girl almost jumped on top of my grandson because it was so dark. Overall, this is one of the worst 'hotels' I have ever stayed at, and I would certainly never stay at a Best Western again. This was a total waste of money. Read more

THE HOTEL WAS IN GREAT LOCATION. IT HAD EVERYTHING THAT WAS ADVERTISED. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS MY ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE MAINTENACE ROOM AND THEY KEPT SLAMMING THE DOOR. I WOULD REFER THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.

We reserved this hotel for six nights online. But when we get there the guy at the reception was not patient with our inquires/questions to the point that he was so rude. We get there around 5:30 pm!!! I was not going to tolerate this behavior. I asked for the manager in duty, but he called himself manager as well. The non-smoking room smelled terrible […] & we had to change to a new one. Very few quantities for breaksfast items offered and juice was almost water instead. We had to cancel our reservation due to the poor customer service at this hotel. What a shame! We called hotels.com right away, they were very helpful, understandable & efficient with this situation.
