The staff was always prompt to help. Housekkeping staff very courteous. The extra mile was not displayed only in one instance when we ask for directions on golf courses from one employee. The location is great with all the attractions surrounding the hotel. There is an airport closeby and every once in awhile, you can hear airplanes fly by, but not a big deal. We were concerned when we drove up to the hotel and 3 police cars were outside. As we walked up, a couple was being escorted out by the police. One of the hotel registration staff was pleasant whereas the other didn't even crack a smile that evening or the next morning.
