"Don't judge a book by its cover?"
So when we arrived at this hotel I was fearful that we had spent to muh to be in such a rundown hotel. The lobby was dated, the outside was falling apart, and the stairway smelled like smoke. The room, on the other hand, was great. It was clear that the hotel used to be a radison hotel, it had all the same fixtures as a few of the radisons we stayed […] at before. "They need to wrap up transition fast"
The existing signs were covered up because they got ought and I wasnt sure if I was at the right place. You have to go through a restaurant to get to the pool, which doesnt make sense. First we were looking for the regency hotel sign...never seen, because The Radisson, is the sign that's up. Closet door off track. This appears to be an older hotel and could use some sprucing up but our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV was a good size flat screen. The room was clean but it was not at all what was expected -- Very tiny room with no overhead lights just lamps. Was OK for me & my child; two adults though could not relax in this tiny room. "OLD SHEETS AND COLD WATER"
Would not recommend this hotel at all. Sheets are old! They have cotton bumps on sheets, comforters and pillow cases. Blood stains on pillow cases. GROSS They had NO hot water. and the receptionist didnt seem to care. The only good thing is that we could do a late check out.
