Overall it was nice, I just thought it was unusual that the bathroom sink wasn't in the bathroom. I also have to tell you I seen a centipede on the bathroom floor.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The room is kind of old but clean. We had a nice view of the river. The main complain is the noisy from water pipe. It is very loud when someone using the show or tap in the other room.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Rustic charm in somewhat rundown city"
Was a little surprised at the rustic look of the motel when first arriving. This was from the front; However, once in my room I found the rustic charm (cedar logs and high ceilings) to over compensate for this initial reaction. In the rear of the motel was an area to picnic or just relax along the river. A grassy knoll with muskoka chairs, picnic table […] and bbq...this was quite enjoyable and made mingling with other motel guests quite easy to do. Bathroom's sink was not in bathroom but in bedroom area...odd; But not a deal breaker. Motel was quite a distance from the main beach (beach area 1/2) in Wasaga Beach and drive was necessary to get there ( 5 km or so). Most importantly, the closer you get to the main beach the more run-down looking are the accomadations (even most of the cottages); So that being said, I would stay here again.
