"Excellent roomf or traveler using a wheelchair"
Handicapped room was quite spacious and absolutely clean. It was a real treat to see 2 queen-size beds in the room. It had a great roll-in shower with plenty of hot water. "The Worst Service"
The hotel is difficult to find, because it's in an outlet mall. I called the front desk for directions, but still got lost. When I called the second time, the front desk clerk started yelling at me on the phone, saying I went the wrong way. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I looked everywhere and said "Hello" loudly, […] but there was no answer. Then the phone rang, and rang - still no one. 10 minutes went by, and the line behind us began to grow. The phone continued to ring - but still no one came to the front desk. 20 minutes passed, and still no one. The line behind us grew, and there were now six couples behind us waiting. The phone continued to ring. 30 minutes later, the guy came. He didn't apologize, and complained that he had to clean the pool area. Our room was quite far from the lobby, and we had to put our luggage back in the car and drive to the room. So a month later, when I got my credit card bill, I found that they had charged me for the room, even though I paid through Hotels.com. I called the hotel, and didn't get an apology, only that their computer system went down, and they didn't know who paid, so they charged everyone. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days before I'd see the credit on my credit card bill. So 5 days later I called the credit card company, and discovered that the hotel charged me another 2 more times - a total of 3 extra charges!!! Eventually I was credited back the total amount that was overcharged. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD AT A HOTEL. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shop around. Also it's just 3 minutes away from the vicinity where we are going. The staff are courteous and very accommodating. We will surely recommend the hotel to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
