"OK, unless you want to use the wi-fi"
The wifi didn't work & when I called the front desk he maintained that it was working OK for him, and the trouble must be with our computers. I was travelling with two other people and none of us could get the wifi to work. We are experienced computer & wifi users and had been using other hotel wifi service on the trip with no problems, so clearly the […] issue was with the hotel service. Since it was fairly late at night & we were only staying one night, we gave up. "not impressed"
As I said in the first statement this was not at all convenient for people of our age. They were able to move us to the first floor but then forgot to tell the other clerks so we were awakened at midnight by someone coming in to the room with a key!Genuine Expedia guest review
