"Awful treatment from the owner"
The first thing that happened to us when we checked in at this hotel was that the owner yelled at us really bad. She accused us of being very rude when we booked the hotel. The thing was that I booked this hotel 5 months in advance and one month before arriving I received an e-mail saying that they only had 2 of the 4 rooms I booked and that we had […] to pay an extra charge of 10 € per room for the other 2 rooms. I answered that it is up to the hotel to keep track of their bookings and that we are not willing to pay extra for the rooms. The owner was really hard and said really awful things. It turned out that this hotel is doing this kind of trick often, because I friend of mine who booked this hotel separate received the same e-mail saying that they didn't have the room they booked and that they had to upgrade it for 10 € per night.
