I would say the stay overall was very pleasurable. It was nice to have a restaurant (which had amazing food) and spa on site. The pool area is really... beautiful and the staff was very helpful. My only remark would be that it took too long for maintenance to come fix our clogged shower. However, we were quite surprised to have been given a room adapted for wheelchair use. While this is a wonderful feature for hotels to have, it was not the perfect situation for two single women - no full length closet, pedistal bathroom […] sink set up, etc. One of the table lamps did not work properly which is where the outlets for the room were located and the safe did not work. Nice hotel. With a rating of 4 stars I was surprised that the closet was only half the height of a normal closet, not very much counter space in the bathroom. With most of the hotels being older in Daytona.....this is a hotel I will stay at again. Covered parking was a plus! The room upon entry was VERY nice; however, the shower was slow to drain. We called down to Guest Services and it was repaired by the time we got back from dinner. Staff was extremely pleasant. It was too cold to enjoy the beach when we arrived; however the fire pits, hot tub, and tiki bar were beautiful!

Great food, cosy enviroment and good service. Only minus is that the building shadows the sun after 2 PM. I will come back to this place for sure.
