Hotel was recently built, The room we had was a one bedroom on the second floor. We had a kitchen with fridge. It comfortably fit our group of 4x. Housekeeping was great. Front desk was friendly and fast. 5Minutes from shopping and Food. Food options: TGIFridays, McDonalds, Burger King etc. Shopping is plentiful as Kmart Foot Locker Marshalls Ross and […] BJ's is near by for supplies. We picked up very cheap liquor at Bj's for our fun. Lastly, hotel has a good free breakfast and nice Mon-Thurs evening free wine and beer. Read more

The only disappointment was that when I booked the hotel I was told I would have 2 double beds. When I arrived the room was 1-king and a sofa sleeper, which was not what I was expecting, and not ideal for our group.

The hotel is close to the airport, but in the 2 1/2 days I was there, I never heard a thing. Very nice room for the price. Stocked kitchen with full size fridge was a plus. They were very accommodating, we arrived on an early flight and was able to check in early without additional charges. We were also able to participate in the continental breakfast that morning and was able to do a later check out the following morning. I would recommend this place for relaxing but if you are looking for things to do nearby, there […] really isn't anything. The only con was we weren't warned of the charges for the shuttle they ordered for us to bring us to a shopping center nearby. We ended up paying $35 for 2 people for a 15 min ride which was shared by other hotels. So we waited for about 20 mins for another passenger at a hotel that was suppose to be on the way to the shopping center. If we are paying for a $35 transfer, we shouldn't have to wait (I guess this review is more for Avanti Shuttle). Read more

Hotel is very nice, has great ameneties, however the customer service in some areas was lacking. I was greeted by a nice young lady, asked if they had late check out or half day pay, there was a gentlemen standing next to her counting money, never looked up but he responded to the question i was asking the clerk with No's. I didn't mind hearing the […] no's it's the tone and attitude it was given. Later that day i asked the same female clerk what was that person's name, she gave me his card. HE WAS THE ASSISTANT GM. I was shocked he would provide such bad service. Also they indicated in the hotel book on site that breakfast had certain items, when we didn't see those items we inquired and was told that they didn't have that, but when the women went behind the door she was laughing that we even asked. Again, beautiful property for business clients, however customer service and sensitivity needs to be taught from the top down. Read more
