With the club level you are on the top floor and there is a large room and they provide more than just snacks...we had chicken kabobs that were excellent... and it was nice to be in a homey place away from the lobby...however we did experience a last taste of key lime pie in the lobby bar. The next day the 24 hour shuttle took us directly to the airport---in less than 10 minutes...very convenient which is why we stayed there; and the breakfast was buffet and included in the pricel When added all together...a very good value. Hotel has lots to recommend it. Very comfortable beds, good supply of fast computers in lobby, decent food, very prompt courteous shuttle service. I just thought much of the lobby and the bar area looked a little tired.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It's very clean and staff is pretty friendly. The airport shuttle took 40 minutes to arrive, which was unacceptable. The hotel is only 6 minutes away from the airport. We called to complain several times and it finally showed up. Room and a/c were very quiet. Didn't expect it to be so quiet with the airport only minutes away. They also have a very courteous staff! Accidentally left my phone on the hotel shuttle. After they called us to confirm if we left it, they personally delivered it to our room.

For the rate that we received, it was really good... Nice, Clean... Close to airport... a few minor things were wrong. but the staff was great & fixed them right away... Staff was nice & helpful

This hotel is clean , but be careful there charge you for local calls. and its in the middle of noway no malls or restaurants surrounding the holtel

Hotel is very remote for a tourist, food in lobby lounge is expensive slow to arrive and cold. Priceing of breakfast menue is confusing , even staff have to check and report back. A so called four star hotel to have on of its three lifts ot of action for at least eight days, (that we know of)seems verry odd in this modern age When checking out one must […] ask (Now is there anything else?) or you may get a nasty supprise when you check your credit card account. We stayed here our first night of vacation as we had a member of our party flying into Fort lauderdale the next day before we drove to Sarasota to visit relatives. We had such a great time here we returned a day earlier to stay another night before we left Florida. The staff was friendly and gave us a deluxe upgrade our first night (without asking) […] and an upgrade to the Club Floor the 2nd visit. J'ai resté une nuit avec ma famille avant d'aller en croisière, un trés bel hotel mais le seul inconvéniant est le transport au port, ils m'ont demandé 10 $ par personne, j'ai appelé un taxi, m'a couté 25 $ pourboir inclus pour les 4 personnes.
