"Horror at Hilton"
Shuttle from the airport to the hotel took over an hour to arrive even after two phone calls to the hotel. Handle to flush the toilet was broken. A loud motor of some sort was running all night and it was impossible to sleep without ear plugs. When I asked to have my room changed it was as they were doing me a favor. Hotel location was near the airport but the entrance was on a side street and hard to find. The restaurant has a practically no variety and minimum selection of food but the worst part of the lunch experience was the prices which were very high for the quality that was provided. "Super Convenient"
This hotel is super close to the airport and has all the amenities that I was looking for in a business hotel. My room was immaculate and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (shampoo, soap, etc). Free Shuttle was perfect and runs 24 hours. "Wonderful from beginning to end"
Following a very trying trip, we were met at the door by a cheerful bellman. The front desk clerk was likewise cheerful. Within minutes we had been checked into our room. It was clean and comfortable. We had dinner and cocktails in their restaurant. The Steak Oscar was surely the best steak I've ever tasted! Although the hotel itself was everything you'd expect in a Hilton the ammenities were lacking. I had to pay $15 to park at check in only to find out that if I'd paid at the parking exit it was only $12.00. The TV was a 30' CRT type with okay pic quality.
