Positioned on the 15th hole of the Francis I'i Brown Golf Course is the Mauna Lani Point in Waikoloa, Hawaii. This gated condominiums community is located within the 3,200 acre Mauna Lani Resort and is less than one mile from the Mauna Lani Spa and the Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay. Complimentary shuttle service to destinations within the Mauna Lani Resort is provided upon request.
Hotel Features.
Signing privileges are available to guests for the facilities within the Mauna Lani Resort, including its restaurants, golf course, health club and spa. The Mauna Lani Gallery Restaurant boasts ocean views and fresh island ingredients, while the Mauna Lani Beach Club Restaurant serves sandwiches, salads and pupus from mid-morning through late afternoons. Golf instruction is available at the property's championship, 36-hole Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course. A health club provides cardiovascular machines, resistance equipment, a free weight room, tennis courts and a multi-purpose room featuring Spin and yoga classes. The Mauna Lani Spa includes Lomilomi Massage Treatments and Lava Sauna and Aquatic Body Therapies. A freeform splash pool with a waterfall is located on site, as is a private beach club which sits on a white-sand crescent private beach set along Makaiwa Bay. Recreational activities such as bird watching and eco-tours are available nearby.
Guestrooms.
The 116 condominiums contain floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which frame fairway, garden or ocean views. Each contains mixed-wood furnishings, framed artistic prints, upholstered seating and décor in muted, tropical hues. Living/dining areas are positioned adjacent to full kitchens which includes microwave ovens, stoves and refrigerators. Amenities include cable television, DVD and CD players and complimentary wired (high-speed) Internet access.

The condo community does not have its own restaurant but is part of the Mauna Lani Resort, where two restaurants offer signing privileges. The condos themselves have full kitchens; grocery-delivery service is available (surcharge).
Mauna Lani Gallery Restaurant - Ocean-view, clubhouse-style restaurant showcasing fresh island ingredients. Casual lunch; more-formal dinner.
Mauna Lani Beach Club Restaurant - Located on a crescent of white-sand beach. Quiet, private club serving pupus, salads, and sandwiches mid-morning until late afternoon.
The heated, freeform splash pool with a waterfall is surrounded by a sandstone deck.
The development is part of the Mauna Lani Resort, home to the 36-hole, championship Francis H. I‘i Brown Golf Course (surcharge). Guests have complimentary access to the private Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay (two-minute drive), with its crescent of white-sand beach, calm bay, and numerous aquatic activities. The resort provides discounted access to the Racquet Club fitness center, with a 25-meter, three-lane lap pool; six tennis courts (three lighted); weight and cardio rooms; a pro shop; and classes such as yoga and Pilates (extra charge for classes). Bird watching and ecotouring are available nearby.

Staying at a condo was great for my family - separate rooms for my wife & me, and our kids. Having a kitchen stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc., and a washer and dryer, were very convenient. Parking was free, and staff cleaned and delivered a big bag of fresh towels daily. The view from the huge patio balcony was spectacular - a lava field […] and golf course in the foreground, the ocean and palm trees in the background. Only negatives were very minor - some of furniture could use updating, and check-in desk not easy to locate - was behind a security building rather than adjacent to actual units. (Granted it was dark when we arrived, […] tired after a long flight, but an introductory email with check-in information would have made this easier). Staff was great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Mauna Lani Point to others visiting the Big Island. We had an excellent stay overall. Views were tremendous and the layout was great! Food prices are really high and it was great to go to the grocery store in the shops in Mauna Lani to get some snacks and food to have simple meals on occasion. We had only two complaints. First there were ants in the master bathroom and we used the other restroom. They […] were spraying the day after we left so I am guessing this was a comon problem. The other was the bed in the master bedroom. It was very hard. May work for some but for one who sleeps on a waterbed, it was extremely hard. Overall would highly recommend for the privacy and views. Stayed at Mauna Lani Point Condos 4/11 with our two daughters 6 and 9; we had a wonderful time. The condo is gorgeous, very private, and the kitchen was such a nice bonus. "リゾート気分を満喫でき、居心地満点のコンドミニアム！"
1ベッドルーム（1LDK）に2人で5泊しました。 部屋はフェアウェイビューの2階。 入ったとたん、「わーステキ！」と叫んでしまったほどの素晴らしさでした。 アメリカ映画に出てくるような広々とした、ステキた邸宅という感じそのものです！ 3人がけソファが２つ、と一人用のソファ、壁には大きな油絵、収納式のテレビにDVD、寝心地のよいキングサイズベッド。そしてバスルームは洗面が２つ、トイレはバスルーム内と入り口近くに2ヶ所あり、使い勝手もよかったです。 お風呂とシャワールームが別々になっているのもよかった。 キッチンは対面式で使いやすく、食器や調理器具は充分揃っています（包丁は切れにくいけど）。スポンジや洗剤、コーヒーメーカーのフィルターなどもあったのがとても助かりました。 洗濯機、乾燥機も完備 […] です。 毎日ベッドメイクや簡単な清掃に入ってくれるのでそれも大変有難かったです。 ゴルフ場の中にあるため、緑が美しく、海もすぐ近くで立地は最高です。お店も車で5分ほど（無料のシャトルバスも利用できます）。 コンド自体はけっこう年季が入っていて少々くたびれた感もあるのですが、基本的なメンテナンスはしっかりされており、清潔感はあります。気になったのは、蟻が台所付近に時々迷い込んでいたことくらい。 そうした点をさしひいても、ホテルだったらスイート以上のところに泊まっているようなもの。コスパもよく、大満足でした。またぜひ利用したいです！ Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
