Positioned on the 15th hole of the Francis I'i Brown Golf Course is the Mauna Lani Point in Waikoloa, Hawaii. This gated condominiums community is located within the 3,200 acre Mauna Lani Resort and is less than one mile from the Mauna Lani Spa and the Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay. Complimentary shuttle service to destinations within the Mauna Lani Resort is provided upon request.

Signing privileges are available to guests for the facilities within the Mauna Lani Resort, including its restaurants, golf course, health club and spa. The Mauna Lani Gallery Restaurant boasts ocean views and fresh island ingredients, while the Mauna Lani Beach Club Restaurant serves sandwiches, salads and pupus from mid-morning through late afternoons. Golf instruction is available at the property's championship, 36-hole Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course. A health club provides cardiovascular machines, resistance equipment, a free weight room, tennis courts and a multi-purpose room featuring Spin and yoga classes. The Mauna Lani Spa includes Lomilomi Massage Treatments and Lava Sauna and Aquatic Body Therapies. A freeform splash pool with a waterfall is located on site, as is a private beach club which sits on a white-sand crescent private beach set along Makaiwa Bay. Recreational activities such as bird watching and eco-tours are available nearby.

The 116 condominiums contain floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which frame fairway, garden or ocean views. Each contains mixed-wood furnishings, framed artistic prints, upholstered seating and décor in muted, tropical hues. Living/dining areas are positioned adjacent to full kitchens which includes microwave ovens, stoves and refrigerators. Amenities include cable television, DVD and CD players and complimentary wired (high-speed) Internet access.

Mauna Lani Beach Club Restaurant - Located on a crescent of white-sand beach. Quiet, private club serving pupus, salads, and sandwiches mid-morning until late afternoon.
The heated, freeform splash pool with a waterfall is surrounded by a sandstone deck.
The development is part of the Mauna Lani Resort, home to the 36-hole, championship Francis H. I‘i Brown Golf Course (surcharge). Guests have complimentary access to the private Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay (two-minute drive), with its crescent of white-sand beach, calm bay, and numerous aquatic activities. The resort provides discounted access to the Racquet Club fitness center, with a 25-meter, three-lane lap pool; six tennis courts (three lighted); weight and cardio rooms; a pro shop; and classes such as yoga and Pilates (extra charge for classes). this offered us, as a family of 5, a great way to see Hawaii.the beach club was always clean and never too busy to find a spot. The walk along the ocean to the club was beautiful and we could see whales in the ocean.The snorkelling at beach was amazing, the walks to the fish ponds pleasant, the cleaning staff polite and friendly and the grounds and […] pool area were clean and never crowded. "Mauna Lani Point, Big Island, Hawaii"
We were a family of 6 on holiday to the Big Island Hawaii and we rented a 2 Bedroom Family Home at the Mauna Lani Point. We stayed for 4 nights in the month of August 2011. The property is located on the Western side of Big Island near Kona Airport and access to the property was very good with a quick check in service provided by the Resort management. […] The management desk was available daily from 8am to 10pm and this was a big plus. The location was perfect with good views of the golf course nearby and access to the club house and the beach is provided along with your reservation. There is a small shopping mall within 0.5 miles of the property which is quite reasonable for your daily shopping needs. The shopping complex also has a few restaurants, and the Fairmont Orchid and the Bay Hotel are located within a distance of 2 miles We were, however, very disappointed with the condition of the property. The kitchen area was infested with roaches and despite repeated attempts by the maintenance team to eradicate them, we had issues with them until the day we departed. The roaches were present everywhere in the cabinets, dishwashers, kitchen appliances, etc and made life terrible for us. As we were travelling with small children, half the time was spent in rewashing all the dishes and the cooking utensils before use. Some of the equipments were not properly maintained and even the aircon stopped working for a day. We had to call the maintenance team at least 5 to 6 times during our stay to sort out these issues. Moreover, the daily cleaning services provided by the management firm was of very poor quality. On many days we found that the cleaning of the rooms, kitchen and the toilets was of substandard quality and also the beds were not done properly. Even most of the garbage was not removed daily. "楽園"
オーシャンビューのG１０１に８泊しました。バスルームなどから少し古い作りだなという他は、何も言う事がありません。自分の家にいるような快適さ、ハウスキーピングもしっかりしており、外出から帰った後はゆっくり寛げます。フェアウェイの向こう側に真っ青な海。ホエールウォッチングが出来るよう、双眼鏡までオーナーの行為で置いてありました。早朝、海を見ているとくじらの潮吹きが見え、あわてて双眼鏡を取りにいき覗くと、鯨のジャンプが見れました。プールやビーチ・ゴルフ・溶岩トレッキングなどいろいろな遊びを楽しめますし、一日部屋にいても飽きません。次回もマウラナニポイントに泊まりたいと思います。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
