Luxury resorts, sprawling golf courses, and white sands line the Kohala Coast – Waikoloa. Hawaii’s sunniest coast is a must-go for beachgoers. It is also known as the cradle to King Kamehameha, Hawaii’s greatest king. His influence can be seen at the nearby Pu’ukohola Heiau National Historic Site, where visitors can see the temple of war he built before unifying the Hawaiian Islands.

The hotel was amazing. I am so glad that I joined the Fairmont President's Club before going (it's free) - there were all sorts of extra perks from that. I would definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fairmont Orchid - A beautiful hotel, but greedy"
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. However, the hotel seems to be trying to make up for discounted room prices by charging very high prices for everything else. No one except hotel guests would want to park at the hotel, but self parking is approximately $20 a day. A "breakfast sandwich" currently costs over $20 with tax and tip. Our three person […] lunch bill at the pool was over $100. If you have a car, there are many other better dining options. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fairmont Orchid on the Big Island"
Beautiful place, outstanding staff, very comfortable rooms. They take the extra steps to make your stay terrific. They offer a hospitality room that lets you check out and then shower and clean up for flights in the evening. A wonderful service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
(個人的にはゴールドフロアがおすすめです) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Fairmont Orchid , Hawaii"
Hotel na przyzwoitym poziomie , w Europie maksymalnie mógłby dostać cztery gwiazdki. Miejsce przeznaczone głównie na odpoczynek : plażowanie , opalanie, nurkowanie i zwiedzanie. Osoby lubiące rozrywkowe życie nocne będą się nudzić. Okropne jedzenie , same SUBSTYTUTY.
