The Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport is connected to Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Ill, the only hotel located on airport grounds. The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and the Rosemont Theatre stand two miles from the hotel.

The hotel's two-story lobby is decorated with expansive windows, geometrically patterned carpet and a reception desk constructed of black granite contrasted against a cherry-red wall. Dining options include Andiamo that serves American cuisine in a casual atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The 1920s-themed Gaslight Club steakhouse offers lunch and dinner service. The Sports Edition lobby-level bar broadcasts sports events on 14 monitors and serves beer, wine, cocktails and appetizers. Caffe Mercato serves coffee drinks, pastries, salads and sandwiches. The hotel houses self-service and staffed business centers. A total of 37,000 square feet of function space accommodates events. The 10,000-square-foot Hilton Athletic Club contains monitor-mounted cardiovascular machines, weight-training equipment, exercise balls, steam rooms, a tanning room and two massage-treatment rooms. An indoor pool is paired with a spa tub. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas of the hotel.

Hilton Serenity Beds are dressed with pillowtop mattresses, down comforters and feather/down pillows. Floor-to-ceiling windows are soundproofed, and the airspace above this property is legislated as a no-fly zone. The Hilton's 10,000-square-foot athletic club includes an indoor pool measuring 16 x 14 feet, massage-treatment rooms, tanning beds, fitness equipment, free weights, personal training, spa tub, sauna, and steam room. Guests receive complimentary access to the pool, spa tub, sauna, and steam room; there are surcharges for use of the fitness equipment and other services.
Located 8.5 miles away, White Pines Golf Club offers two 18-hole courses, a driving range, pro shop, and restaurant.

"Grossly Dissappointed"
I was confirmed for a king-sized bed, yet received a full. Aircon/heat in room didn't work & although I tried calling the front desk several times, no one answered ANY of the extensions I tried. People in the adjoining room screamed/banged on walls all night but yet again, no answer at the front desk to help rectify this. First hotel I've been at that […] I felt afraid. Attempted phone check-out in AM, no-one picked up. I travel for biz 3 weeks out of the month and have never experienced unresponsive staff the likes of this. Awful. "Take a shuttle down the road"
While this hotel is very convenient because it's located at O'Hare, they chain is cutting costs at the expense of the comfort of guests. The heat is not turned on until the temperature is 50 degrees outside. My room was freezing and there were no space heaters. The food was very mediocre. Due to a death in the family, my travel plans changed. Two days after making this reservation, my mom died causing me to have to travel on an earlier date.
