"A staff with a lack of servicemind"
The hotel is nice situated and the rooms are large. The restaurant try to uphold a fin dinining profile, but with a lack of service mind, flexibility and costumer focus from the staff the dining experience was not very pleasant. We will not recommend the hotel because they try to sell the conscept of beeing 25 minutes away from Amsterdam with a family […] athmospere, however they didn´t show us anything of that and we felt that we were disturbing the staff from chatting with each other.
