"Would Not recommend"
This hotel was awful. We thought we were staying at a nice spa like hotel. Instead we got a hotel that was very low end. The beds are horrible - a mattress on a wooden slats, ac that did not cool the room, and never enough towels. The "thermal pools" close at 6pm and are not even hot. Our electronic keypad did not work - so we were given a single key. […] Of course we got locked out and it took 35 minutes to get back into the room. The first night there we only had 2 towels for 4 people. The second day after our room was cleaned - we had no towels - and it took 45 minutes to bring us towels.
