We stayed over a weekend when Shropshire had over 6" of snow so it was great to have the leisure complex to use. The gym is superb very well equipped .... Our room was very spacious with large TV and sofa and very clean. We have stayed here several times and have never had any complaints on the cleanliness of the hotel. A tip for those wanting a quiet room always ask for one away from the A5 Watling Street side of the hotel this road can be noisy. Staff always helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here, lovely big rooms for a family of four and a fab pool. For an evening meal or Sunday lunch The Swan Hotel just up the road is excellent they let us go in for a drink in the evening with rhe children as there was a function on in the big bar at the Whitehouse.

We used the Whitehouse as a base during a sporting event & we weren't disappointed.The hotel was clean & comfortable & all the staff were friendly. Overall a good Hotel.

What a great hotel and fantastic value for a family room. We booked this hotel because of the leisure facilities and were not disapppointed. It was also within 20 mins of Ironbridge and all the museums so just perfect.
