Peckforton Castle

Fabulous hotel - a great experience, staying in a real castle, and gorgeous location. Staff were also more than helpful. It is a bit of a walk from the car park to Reception so take advantage of the luggage drop off/car collection offered. Beautiful surroundings, impressive hotel, superb staff. It is a genuine castle thoughtfully converted with staff trained to a very high standard. I had a Wifi problem, contacted reception and a member of staff was sent to check, it could not be fixed so I was immediately moved. This is very important to me as too often travelling, you book a hotel because […] it displays Wifi, you get there , it doesn't work and the staff just apologise but basically "tough luck mate".Slightly disappointed that the Brasserie food was average with too limited a menu but breakfast was excellent. Overall a highly relaxing experience and would highly recommend to all. Read more
