"Very hard to sleep, bright and loud"
Unfortunately, we were exremely disappointed with this Quality Inn Miami. Our door opened outside toward the highway and the construction noises kept us up. The door was thin and had no sound-proof device at its base. Futhermore, the exterior neon lights flooded into our room, even with the (cheap, light weight) drapes closed. It was much further from the airport than advertised. The shuttle to the hotel only comes when somebody telephones. This was not clear from the hotel information. We tried calling but got no reply. The hotel is really rooms, there is only one lock on the door. I heard every flight taking off and landing at the airport. the bed had bed bugs in it. I got so badly bitten that the bites were as big as golf balls. I had bites all over my body. even with the do not disturb sign hung outside the room didnt stop the cleaning crew knocking on the door. Analisando as fotos postadas no site sobre o Hotel em questão , ficamos surpresos ao chegar no local , pois na prática a visão é outra . Em relação a qualidade do quarto , vimos o seguinte : porta com defeito e dificuldade para fechar , porta do banheiro também com defeito ( não fechava nem no trinco e não tinha chave ) , o ar condicionado não funcionava […] direito ( ligava e desligava sozinho a noite inteira fazendo um trabalho muito incômodo , etc .
