Things I did not like about the hotel 1. When the driver picked me up from the airport on our way to the hotel he stop and asked me to get out of the vehicle and told me I had 2 minutes to shop, ( I was scared and I said no and asked him to take me to the hotel) 2. Receptionist did not know if we had a reservation ( it toke over 30 minutes to check […] in) 3. When checking out the receptionist wanted to charge me for the room again and it toke more than 30 minutes to check out 4. Got charge to the transportation from and to the airport 5. This ultra modern hotel is very pleasant inside, great staff and a good restaurant. The terrace pool was awesome. One of the few hotels I have been to that has a good gym with good equipment. The only drawback is the surrounding neighbourhood.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent Hotel in Mumbai! Highly Recommended"
The service at this hotel was outstanding! From check in to resturants the staff was great! Highly recommend. The only downside was the traffic to the hotel due to construction but the experiance and service made up for it,Genuine Hotels.com guest review
