"Accessible location, but poor quality rooms"
The hotel was located next to Khar West station, which made it quite accessible. The reception staff was helpful. However while there were glasses in the room, there was no water to drink. The Executive room was very different from the one they show in the virtual tour, and much smaller. All the taps in the bathroom, except the one next to the closet […] delivered hot water. The LCD TV was a nice touch. The air-conditioner must have been quite old, since it took most of the night to cool the room down.
