Very friendly staff, convenient location and good breakfast. Only dissapoinment was no/disfunctional WiFi and afternoon and lunch on site restaurant. However, internet cafe and restaurants are well within walking distance.

The taxi driver to the hotel went around about way to the hotel that added 15 euros to the taxi bill. I told the driver he was dishonest and I feel the hotel should do some kind of complaint to the taxi companies servicing the hote.

Hard to find, with insufficient directions on the web page. Fortunately, I was at a meeting about GPS, so had a handheld unit that got me there even though I got off the bus one stop early. When selecting a low priced motel "close" to FRA I was deceived by the stated distance from the airport. This motel is a EUR16.00 ride away from the airport. "No one has ever walked it." the check in guy said. It is 4.5km by highway with no footpath, not 1.5km as advertised.

We booked a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), but the room had just one queen-size bed. This doesn't correspond to my idea for bedding for 4 people. But this was not the worst. German hotels seem to close their receptions and the receptionists go home in the evening, so it is up to the guests that arrive later how to enter their room. We arrived at the hotel late (around midnight) and there was a note on the hotel entrance door that the reception is now closed and there was a number for emergencies. Good, but how do we enter our room? We looked around and there was a automated check-in machine (Germany is very automated with machines, and is a human race disaster when it comes to human communications), which simply didn't find our reservation by name. We panicked slightly as there was nobody to help us and give us a key for our room. The hotel is dead silent. Then we decided to call the number for emergencies, and at that time we noticed an envelope with our key for the room stuffed under the check-in machine - not on a very visible location, especially after midnight. We were very angry - this is a typical German service - very automated, but zero human communications. They could have written one sentence on the door saying where they put the keys for the late arrivals... but this doesn't seem to be a practice in Germany - you have to find it on your own. The hallway was thick with cigarette smoke which filtered through the door. The bedding stank of cigarettes. If you like second hand smoke, this is the place for you. As for me, I will not return. Positive was fast, courteous shuttle service provided by hotel. Breakfast was mediocre.

Thankfully I stayed only for one night for the purpose of visiting a trade show. If this hotel was free I will avoid staying at it. Because the location is dead, with nothing interesting anywhere near it. The area is like someones nightmare made into reality. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable en période creuse, si il y a un salon sur Francfort, il vaux mieux éviter la région de toute manière. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, et l'hotel un peu à l'écart de la route. Les gérants sont sympas.

Stort och trevligt rum med bekväm säng. Snyggt och välstädat när vi kom. Till nästa dag städades inget och inga förbrukningsartiklar fylldes på. Kan bero på att vi hade "stör ej" skylt uppe fram till kl.11. Glasdörr til WC gillas inte då det blir väldigt avslöjande vad man gör. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nästan inga köer.

Friendly staff and very helpful shuttle servce to and from the Frankfurt Messe (and the airport, of course). Although abit far from the Frankfurt Messe, 15-45 mins depending on traffick, good value for money. I'll go again next year if possible. If you are going to Frankfurt for some fair, this is a good choice.

Location of the place is easy if you have a car. Parking along the streets near by is quite easy. I found spot inside of 100 m from the door in all 4 nights. Shuttle bus to the FRAport seems to go frequently too. Breakfast was OK. Nothing fancy but good according to German standards. Room was big, even for american. I made private workout in my room […] including some dance steps too. I have tested around 20 hotels in airport area in past years. Airport Domizilissä oli lämminvesi kateissa kun saavuin. Minut siirrettiin Airport Albatrossiin. huone oli todella pieni vinokattoinen ullkkohuone. Valot toimi ainoastaan wc:ssä.

음식이 다른 호텔에 비해 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 그러나 인터넷 사용이 유료이구요 느립니다. 공항에 가실때는 10유로 내시고 셔틀 버스 이용 할 수 있습니다. (기사가 타이인이고 친절합니다.) 공항에서 택시를 이용하여 25유로 내야 합니다. 독일 사람들이 조금 동양인을 안좋아 하는것을 느꼈습니다. 뭐.. 긍정적으로 생각할 수도 있겠네요. 즐거운 여행 되시길 빕니다!
