Great Hotel but the service desk it's slow, very slow to take care of business, when we check-in Alberto in the front desk gave me only 1 key card knowing that me and my wife were checking in, the key card it's required to be in the room wall slot to have the lights for the bathroom and a/c temperature control operating, in the morning I have to leave […] and my wife stayed in the room without bathroom lights and the a/c termostat non funcional. El hotel es muy bueno. Las habitaciones estan en buenas condiciones, aunque tenia hunedades en una pared.
