"Not very satisfied"
It was ok. But I expected a little more efficiency.Everybody very kind, but not very efficient.The meals very limited except the breakfast. My room looked old without any maintenace. because the shower tube was falling. "Will not return................"
Feces on bathroom wall. Trash containers beyond filthy. No lights in shower. Air conditioner noisy and ceiling fan loose and wobbly. Food mediocre at best. Concierge, Ismael likes to argue about everything. Needs classes on customer satisfaction. Waiters and hotel staff friendly and fun. The hotel should refect them.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Agradable pero falta mucha atencion."
