"Worst Place Ever...Checked out after one night!"
If you want some rest and a clean room, this is not the place to stay. The first room they gave me a view an empty deserted lot. The second room they gave me smelled of pesticide, which eventually made me sick to my stomach. The pillow covers had make up stains and the blanket had food stains. "Maravilloso pero con quejas"
Recientemente pase dos dias con mis amigos, rentamos tres cuartos y al llegar nos hicieron upgrade al cuarto por una suite. Mi unica queja es que me quede sin luz por corto circuito y su tiempo de reaccion no fue el esperado. Tuve que dormir con calor. tuvimos un problema grave en el hotel, mi esposo tuvo un accidente y se corto el dedo de la mano nada grave de ahi se desencdeno una gran molestia por parte de la gerente "Estephanie" y en la noche llego a nuestras habitaciones junto con la policia nos sacaron de las habitaciones dormidos a uestros vecinos de habitacion (amigos) rociaron gas en la cara […] sin que ellos tuvieran una agresion, tuvimos que dejar el hotel y estamos en espera de la bonificacion, cabe mencionar que el apoyo que nos ha dado hoteles.com en el tramite ha sido muy bueno sin embargo nos hemso dado cuenta que la gerente tiene aun hoy una muy mala actitud y no ha querido tomar la llamada de hoteles.com para resolver la bonificacion.
