My stay started off rocky due to being booked into a room different than what I booked. Once that was straight and the managers were very accommodating... to resolve the issue then my stay was much better. The beach was nice but very crowded. The property is pretty big so there is a lot of walking but it helps you get your exercise. Activities were good and reasonable. I would stay again. Overall, enjoyed my stay. The biggest downsize was the pools do not have hot tubes which was disappointing and surprising ...but that's really a minor issue & personal preference. My stay started off rocky due to being booked into a room different than what I booked. Once that was straight and the managers were very accommodating to resolve the issue then my stay was much better. The beach was nice but very crowded. The property is pretty big so there is a lot of walking but it helps you get your exercise. Activities were good […] and reasonable. I would stay again. Overall, enjoyed my stay. The biggest downsize was the pools do not have hot tubes which was disappointing and surprising ...but that's really a minor issue & personal preference. Read more

TRES GRANDE SATISFACTION GENERALE SUR L'HOTEL, SON EMPLACMENT, SA SECURITE. IL EST REGRETTABLE QUE SUR 5 NUITS LA CHAMBRE A ETE FAITE UNE FOIS, QUI PLUS EST LE SECOND JOUR. QUATRE JOURS DANS DES DRAPS SALES EN ESPERANT CHAQUE JOUR QUE LA CHAMBRE SERAIT FAITE. NOUS AURIONS DU ETRE INFORME DE CETTE SITUATION.
