"Nice setting but..."
The accommodation was a 3 bedroom villa. Very nice, great view of the golf course, except we could not get it cleaned during our stay (3 nights), even with the extra fee they charge. It was difficult getting staff to respond. We decided to eat at the restaurant the day we arrived, the food was stale and we waited for 30 minutes for it to be rectified […] before leaving without eating. "Service disappointment"
Expensive for the service offered. Reception unwelcoming and inexperienced dispite awards on wall. Restaurant staff over looking to service properly, lack of systems and discipline, had to call over and then make complaint to floor manager.
