"New & great hotel but housekeeping need more work"

The free upgrade was a greatly appreciated, but we found the housekeeping was abit of slipshod. We found a teacup with coffeestain when we checked into the room. The next day, room was not cleaned up until 4pm when we asked for 10mins to get out of the room after a quick nap. When we returned in the evening, hairs were still all around the bathroom […] and food waste in the bin not emptied. Would have given a 5 star rating if not for the standard of cleanliness.
