"Excelent package"
When we arrive we seré kind of desapoint because the neiborhood and the streets surrounding the hotel are not very good. Then we realize that that una the way everything looks in Boracay. "地理位置很好，安靜且舒服"
Boracay Apartments at 7Stones和7 stones boracay suite是不同家卻使用同一地點，因此服務人員也不相同。 第一天住宿時，洗澡的蓮蓬頭超級髒，地板有灰塵，櫥櫃有蜘蛛網，超嚇人，感覺很久沒人煙住過。因為housekeeper都下班了，第一天晚上超級不舒服，第二天下午才有人來打掃，因為整晚的complain，所以housekeeper這次很認真地用消毒水洗了地板和房間。 終於有愉快舒服的房間可以休息。 總體而言，這間飯店值得推薦。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"很要求服務的人請考慮"
以價格上來說，真得是很優惠。房間設備也很不錯，尤其是半圓形沙發非常適合打滾放空。可是建議要入住的人得注意，因為不屬於原來的7 stones suites體系，需要詢問或服務的時候非常難找到人，原來的7 stones櫃台只能幫忙打電話請服務方來解決問題，不然就得等到每天下午來幫忙clean的時候才能找到人詢問。我認為"服務不便"是最大問擾，像我光要check-in進房就等了將近一小時。常常需要被服務的人可能要考慮一下，但是基本的服務還是可以找櫃台，例如點飲料喝等等。但整體來說因為價格實在優惠許多，而且要是找的到他們其實還是很願意協助你的問題，也非常友善，所以我下次還是很願意去消費的Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"飯店管理方式有待加強！"
飯店的硬體設備100分，但飯店管理方式有待加強！住宿期間曾經向飯店服務人員要浴巾和碗盤，服務人員未能馬上提供，還向房客辯解房間有提供，不應向他們要！而在房間叫room service，還得馬上付費，不得等最後一天check out時再算，讓房客覺得非常不方便。除此之外，飯店的硬體設備讓人感到非常舒適滿意！Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"HOUSEKEEPING服務"
以往看到每位住客check-in此酒店時，都會收到一條有此酒店標誌7 stones的頸鍊，但我們此次入住時所收到的是一條沒有此標誌的，是否我們只是入住superior room就會得不到一般的對待呢? 雖然只是一件不值錢的小小貝殼頸鍊，但當時真的有小小失望。 及後，當housekeeping向我們說明若晚上若需要call她提供服務時要額外付費，真的是嚇一跳! 以後本人亦曾住過其他地方、國家的apartments，但都沒有上述額外收費。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
