"Disappointment"
Hotel is old with constant renovations going on sometimes up until 10 pm which ruined our stay. While the breakfast buffet is the only good thing about this hotel besides location, the quality and deterioration of the rooms was totally unacceptable. "Very Poorly Maintained"
I visit Boracay every year and had fun as always, but was very disappointed with the Boracay Regency. No complaints about the staff or service, they were just fine. The problem was the hotel was falling apart and seemed to be very poorly maintained. All the rails were covered in rust, the room was very poorly lit, there was a leak in the ceiling of […] the bathroom, the hotel was a massive layout of poorly lit corridors with decaying wood, rails, and dead plants everywhere. I had a non smoking room, yet all the hotel walkways were littered with cigarettes. This hotel looked like it was once a nice place, but it has really not been taken care of. It is filthy, and structurally it is falling apart and in major need of renovations. Their are several beautiful new resorts on either side (also right on the beach) and I was embarrassed to show my other friends visiting the Island our hotel. "Disappointed customer :(("
Room were where at was dark and dingy. We asked for king size bed and what we've got was 2 double bed put together. Furnitures definitely need updating. Grounds were mainatined but reception area could be better. Staff were all very nice and very helpful.
